Ethics Policy
Our ethical standards and principles

What we hold ourselves to
Every business says it acts ethically. The useful version of this page names
the standards we work to and what we do to keep them.
Who we build this for
Creators, small shops and people with something worth showing. A profile that
already looks established gets a fair hearing, and that is what we sell: a
stronger first impression for work that deserves one. We keep it that way by
serving accounts that are real and declining anything meant to separate people
from their money. That line is written into our [acceptable use
policy](/acceptable-use) so it holds whoever is asking.
Clear about what growth does
Visibility puts your work in front of more people, and that is exactly what it
is for. We describe it in those terms everywhere on this site so you can plan
around it with confidence. If any page ever reads like a bigger promise than
that, tell us and we will put the wording right.
Pricing is the price
The figure on the package tile is what checkout charges. There is no fee
introduced at the last step and no subscription attached to a one-off order.
How we make it right
If part of an order does not arrive we refund it without waiting to be asked,
and every message gets an answer within a day, whether it is a question or a
complaint. Both cost us something, which is the only reason either is worth
stating.
