What We Commit To

• No password, ever. Every order is delivered from public data: your username, or the link to the post. We never ask for login details and there is nothing to install or authorise.
• Orders start within minutes. Processing begins within minutes of payment. How long an order takes to finish depends on its size and on the platform at that moment, so we spread delivery rather than dump it.
• A 30-day refill. If the count drops within 30 days of delivery, we top it back up at no extra cost. How to start that is below.
• An answer within 24 hours. Every message to support gets a reply within 24 hours, including weekends.

How an Order Runs

Payment confirms, and processing begins within minutes. From there the count climbs in stages rather than all at once, because a number that jumps in one step is the thing platforms notice.

Larger orders take longer than small ones, and the same order can run faster on one day than another. We do not promise a finishing time, because the pace is not entirely ours to set.

The 30-Day Refill

Every product carries a 30-day refill. If the count you paid for drops within 30 days of delivery, write to support with your order number and we start the refill; from that point it runs through without further work from you.

The refill covers drops in the amount delivered. It does not cover a count that falls because a post was deleted, an account went private, or the platform removed the content itself, because in those cases there is nothing left to deliver to.

Where the Guarantee Stops, and Why

• A start, not a deadline. We commit to when delivery begins, because that is the part we control.
• Attention, then it is over to you. A view count opens the door. What the account does with that attention is down to the content, which is where it should be.
• The platform stays the platform. Nobody outside it controls its decisions, and we would rather say so than guess in your favour.

How We Make It Right

Write to support with your order number. That number is what lets us look up the order without asking you a round of questions first. An answer comes within 24 hours.
